Applications
One operator cannot fly a swarm of Owl MAVs by radio control. Next year, SSL will market the world's first swarm of autonomous micro air vehicles. Control of the swarm is at a higher level. A ground station based on a computer laptop communicates 'orders' to the Owls. If an Owl loses contact with the Ground Station, it carries on until it regains contact. The first swarm application that we are developing is Urban Reconnaissance.
